Impact Series

In November 2024, we welcomed 21 representatives across Trill Impact's portfolio—CEOs, CFOs, Sustainability Managers, and more—committed to accelerating ESG and impact initiatives in the companies. Building on two years of foundational support from the program, we're excited to deepen the portfolio companies' impact journeys. This season, we’re empowering participants through eight peer-led workshops, where they’ll share practical strategies and best practices and collaborate on new opportunities to drive impactful value creation.

In our first session, Torsten Muth, Chief Commercial Officer at karriere tutor demonstrated how they integrated impact criteria into their product development and discussed their process for analyzing and identifying new courses to address current skills gaps in Germany.
