Jan is a Senior Advisor and has more than 30 years experiencein the financial advisory and investment industries including five years in private equity and two years as CEO of a private investment company. His previous positions include: CEO at Cinder Invest, Partner at Doughty Hanson Private Equity and leadership and transaction roles in M&A /Corporate Finance at JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs as well as the Swedish banks SEB and Handelsbanken.

Jan currently Non-Executive Chairman of one Trill Impact portfolio company: InfraKraft.

Jan is also Executive Chairman of Cinder Invest AB and serves as a non-executive board member of a number ofprivately held companies, including the boards of ICA Gruppen, Jump Yard and Hermes Medical.

Jan holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration and Economicsfrom the Stockholm School of Economics.
